At present, the overall level of building energy consumption of the project is about 25-28 kWh per square meter, while the production capacity reaches 30 kWh. After it is officially put into use, the project is expected to use 2.49 million kWh less power from the grid each year than other benchmark buildings of the same type in the same area, resulting in 1,442 tons of carbon dioxide emission reduction. After being certified by the VCS platform, it can be used in the resource emission reduction market.

目前，该项目建筑能耗总体水平大约是25-28千瓦时每平方米，而产能则达到30千瓦时。待正式投入使用后，项目预计每年将比同地区同类型的基准建筑少使用249万度来自电网的供电，从而产生1442吨二氧化碳减排量，经由VCS平台认证之后，可在资源减排市场上进行交易。
