From July 16th to 29th, the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Digital and Artificial Intelligence Ministerial Meeting and Digital Week related activities were held in Chengdu. On the morning of July 24th, the APEC High Level Dialogue on Digital Empowerment was held, during which the "Asia Pacific Digital Empowerment Case Collection" was officially released. 7月24日上午，APEC数智赋能高级别对话举行，会上正式发布《亚太地区数智赋能案例集》。“讯飞同窗AI黑板”和“讯飞医疗数智家医平台”两项案例成功入选，分别聚焦教育、医疗两大民生领域，展现了人工智能赋能公共服务、促进包容发展的创新实践。

课堂更高效 优质教育资源更可及




Education is an important field for the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence, as well as a key area for promoting inclusive sharing and inclusive development. How to truly bring technology into the classroom, serve teachers, and assist students is an important issue that needs to be answered in empowering education with artificial intelligence.

At High tech High School Affiliated to University of Science and Technology of China, the system can automatically generate multi-dimensional teaching analysis reports within 10 minutes after class, reducing teachers' post class review time by 70% and improving the monitoring efficiency of teaching goal achievement by about 80%. Artificial intelligence is gradually deepening from auxiliary tools in the classroom to key teaching processes such as lesson preparation, teaching, feedback, and research.

Grassroots services are more proactive and health management is more precise

In the field of primary healthcare, Xunfei Medical's digital home healthcare platform integrates capabilities such as auxiliary diagnosis and treatment, intelligent follow-up, chronic disease management, health profiling, and doctor-patient linkage, and explores new paths for artificial intelligence to empower primary healthcare services in scenarios such as family doctor contract signing and primary chronic disease management. Focusing on key populations such as chronic disease patients, the elderly, pregnant and postpartum women, and children, the platform creates a service path for refined management of chronic diseases, full cycle maternal and child health care, and promotes the coverage of health services in monitoring, management, intervention, and other aspects, forming a continuous health management loop.



人工智能也为优质教育资源共享提供了新路径。截至2026年5月，AI黑板已覆盖全国33个省级行政区、1400多个区县，并拓展至印度尼西亚等东南亚国家，为亚太地区数字教育合作提供新的实践样本。

基层服务更主动 健康管理更精准

在基层医疗领域，讯飞医疗数智家医平台整合辅助诊疗、智能随访、慢病管理、健康画像和医患联动等能力，面向家庭医生签约、基层慢病管理等场景，探索人工智能赋能基层医疗服务的新路径。围绕慢病患者、老年人、孕产妇、儿童等重点人群，平台打造慢病精细化管理、孕产全周期保健等服务路径，推动健康服务覆盖监测、管理、干预等环节，形成连续的健康管理闭环。




At present, the Xunfei Medical Smart Home Medical Platform has been implemented and applied in multiple places. In Shanghai, the digital home medical platform built on resident health portrait technology has covered 41 community health service centers, generating health portraits for over 1.49 million contracted residents in pilot areas. In Shenzhen, iFlytek Medical and the Shenzhen Health Commission jointly launched the "Longhua Digital Home Medicine Platform", covering 135 community health service centers in the jurisdiction, with an average monthly service of over 2.4 million people. The renewal rate increased from 62.07% to 71.15%, and the fulfillment rate increased from 35% to 56.62%, receiving high praise from the National Health Commission's research. 活动现场，科大讯飞集中展示了讯飞晓医APP、讯飞AI眼镜、讯飞AI翻译耳机、讯飞双屏翻译机、讯飞同传麦克风、讯飞会议一体机、讯飞听见多语言会议系统、讯飞智能办公本等产品，集中呈现人工智能在医疗健康、跨语言沟通和智能办公等场景的创新应用。
