To mobilize and guide all sectors of society in practicing the philosophy of harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature and green development—while jointly fulfilling responsibilities for ecological protection, safeguarding environmental quality, and building a beautiful home—Qingding established a corporate mission at its inception: "Advancing technology for the benefit of humanity; refining environmental protection to make the Earth a better place." This mission laid a solid foundation for the company's sustainable operation and stable growth. Concurrently, the company established the "Pengding Seven Greens" corporate culture—comprising Green Innovation, Green Procurement, Green Production, Green Logistics, Green Service, Green Recycling, and Green Living. Covering every aspect of the company's operations, this framework serves as the core axis and platform for driving environmental protection and energy conservation initiatives. A dedicated Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Department was also established to oversee planning and implementation across these areas, ensuring the execution of the "Seven Greens" strategy, accelerating the company's journey toward green excellence, and fostering a culture of company-wide participation in green practices.

1."Green Innovation": The company actively develops green raw materials and technologies, providing materials that are easy to process, decompose, and recycle, while utilizing design strategies to maximize material utilization rates.

2."Green Procurement": Strengthening green supply chain management by strictly requiring suppliers to comply with environmental and energy conservation regulations and meet green product standards. The company conducts annual Supplier Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) audits and actively encourages suppliers to undertake initiatives such as greenhouse gas inventories.

3."Green Production": Improving manufacturing processes and optimizing production line layouts to reduce energy consumption during product transport; developing low-energy, low-emission production equipment; and implementing annual water and electricity conservation projects. Specific KPIs for water and electricity consumption per unit are set for each department, with quarterly reviews to track progress.

4."Green Logistics": Utilizing recyclable packaging materials for logistics and increasing shared transport rates to reduce fuel consumption.

5."Green Service": Integrating green concepts into customer service offerings and methods. The period from April 22 (Earth Day) to June 5 (World Environment Day) is designated as the company's Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Month, engaging employees, the general public, government agencies, schools, and environmental organizations.

6.“Green Recycling”: Implement waste resource recovery by promoting various water reclamation technologies and introducing high-efficiency RO and TMF systems. Achieve corporate green circularity and hazardous waste reduction goals—thereby minimizing environmental impact—through meticulous source-based waste classification and the adoption of technologies that reduce hazardous waste volume (such as membrane residue drying) and enhance value (such as electrolytic gold recovery). Promote the application of innovative energy-saving, emission-reduction technologies and management practices across six key areas: water, electricity, lighting, cooling, smart systems, and thermal energy.

7.“Green Living”: Comprehensively integrate the concepts of energy conservation and consumption reduction into all aspects of corporate operations and employee work-life. Initiatives include using electric vehicles for company shuttles and solar-powered streetlights, as well as conducting regular training courses and activities focused on environmental protection and energy conservation to raise employee awareness in these areas.

4.“绿色运筹”： 物料采用可回收包材，提高运输拼车率以减少油耗。

5.“绿色服务”：对客户服务内容及方式加入绿色概念，每年的4/22(世界环境日)~6/5(世界地球日)是我司的环保节能月，参与单位与人员包含公司同仁、社会大众、政府单位、学校组织及环保团体。

6.“绿色再生”：贯彻实施废物资源化，末端推动各类水回收技术及引进高效RO与TMF系统；透过源头精细分类管理及末端引进膜渣干化等危废减量、电解金等提值增效技术达成公司绿色循环及危废减量目标，降低废弃物对环境的影响；依照水、电、光、冷、智、热等6大方向推动创新节能减排技术与管理手法运用。

7.“绿色生活”：在公司整体营运管理、人员工作/生活各层面全方位导入节能减耗理念，如公司通勤车采用电动汽车、路灯采用太阳能路灯，定期对员工进行环保、节能课程教育、定期开展环保、节能相关活动，提高员工的环保、节能意识。

Project Outcome

1. Regarding wastewater treatment, Qingding adopts a management strategy focused on "recycling, multi-purpose water usage, and reducing reliance on municipal water." Wastewater is collected and treated based on a detailed classification of 25 source-specific categories. An intelligent water treatment center has been established to transmit water quality data to a system database in real-time, enabling smart management features such as automated equipment operation, variable-frequency chemical dosing, maintenance alerts, and anomaly tracking, thereby ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the treatment system. Various water recovery technologies are implemented at the end-of-pipe stage, achieving a water reuse rate of over 50%.

2. Regarding waste gas treatment, Qingding employs a management strategy of "source control, process reduction, and end-of-pipe treatment" to minimize atmospheric environmental impact. Waste gases are categorized into five major groups based on pollutant characteristics and treatment processes for separate collection and treatment. An FMCS (Facility Monitoring and Control System) is installed to monitor operational parameters of the treatment systems in real-time, ensuring normal system operation.

3. Regarding solid waste management, Qingding adheres to the principles of "harmless treatment, resource recovery, and waste reduction," alongside "100% legal removal and disposal." A WMS (Warehouse Management System) has been implemented to assign tracking codes to precious metal waste, enabling automated data reconciliation and alert generation for inventory movements. Furthermore, through meticulous source-based classification (totaling 101 categories), end-of-pipe hazardous waste reduction initiatives, and value-enhancing technologies such as electrolytic gold recovery, the company achieves its green circular economy and hazardous waste reduction goals, thereby minimizing environmental impact.

4. Concepts of energy conservation and carbon reduction were integrated into the planning and construction phases of the facility. Innovative energy-saving and emission-reduction initiatives are driven across six key areas: water, electricity, lighting, cooling, smart systems, and thermal energy. The company maintains mature, comprehensive management strategies for energy conservation, carbon reduction, and pollutant control, all of which are effectively implemented.

5. While pursuing its own green development, Qingding actively promotes environmental protection and energy conservation concepts, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. 1.废水处理方面，庆鼎以“循环使用、一水多用；降低对自来水的依赖”为管理策略。庆鼎将废水自源头详细分为25类收集处理，配套建设智能化水处理中心一座，实时传输水质至系统数据库，实现废水处理设备自动运行、加药量实时变频投加、保养提醒、异常追踪等智能化管理，保障废水处理系统的稳定高效运行。在末端推动各类水回收技术，水回用率达50%以上。

2.废气治理方面，庆鼎以“ 源头控制、过程减量、 末端治理；减少对大气环境的影响 ”为管理策略。自生产厂源头依污染物成份特性及处理工艺不同，将废气分为5大类分别进行收集处理，末端设置FMCS（厂务监控系统）系统实时监控各废气处理系统运行参数，保证系统正常运行。

3.固废治理方面，庆鼎以“无害化、资源化、减量化，100%合法清运及处置”为管理原则。开发导入WMS（仓储管理系统）系统，对贵金属类废弃物赋码溯源，出入库数据自动比对预警。另透过源头精细分类（共分为101类）及末端危废减量改善、电解金等提值增效技术，达成公司绿色循环及危废减量目标，降低废弃物对环境的影响。

4.自建厂规划及建设时便融入节能降碳理念，并依照水、电、光、冷、智、热等6大方向推动创新节能减排工作，在节能降碳、污染物治理等方面有着成熟且完备的管理策略，且均得到有效落实。

5.庆鼎在做好自身绿色发展的同时，也积极宣传推广环保节能理念，践行企业社会责任。每年的4/22(世界地球日)~6/5(世界环境日)为公司的环保节能月，期间与社区、学校、政府相关部门举办各类绿色宣传活动。

Project Highlights

1. Since commencing operations in 2016, the company has invested a total of RMB 26.154 million in water-saving technical upgrades and completed seven such projects, resulting in an annual fresh water saving of 823,000 m³. By 2025, the company achieved a water recovery volume of 2.8 million tonnes, a water reuse rate exceeding 50%, and economic benefits totaling RMB 10.33 million.

2. Between 2020 and 2025, the company implemented 332 energy-saving and emission-reduction projects, saving approximately 66.68 million kWh of electricity and 8,421 tonnes of standard coal equivalent (tce), while reducing CO₂ emissions by 46,906 tonnes and generating economic benefits of RMB 46.67 million.

3. The period from April 22 (Earth Day) to June 5 (World Environment Day) is designated as the company's "Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Month." During this time, the company collaborates with local communities, schools, and government agencies to host various green awareness activities. To date, it has partnered with over 30 organizations and engaged more than 290,000 participants across over 209 educational and entertaining green events—such as the "Pengding Cup" Huai'an Ecological Environment Public Welfare Photography Contest, environmental essay competitions, eco-themed speeches, online environmental quizzes, and household waste battery recycling drives—thereby encouraging the local community to learn about, understand, and practice environmental protection.

1.2016年投产以来，清单合计已投入节水技改资金2615.4万，完成7项节水技改项目，节约新鲜用82.3万m³/年， 2025年公司水回收量280万吨，水回用率50%以上，节水效益1033万元。

2.2020~2025年期间已累计推动节能减排专案332项，节约用电量约6668万kWh，节能量8421 tce，减少二氧化碳排放46906吨，效益达4667万元。
