The company was publicly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 4, 2000. Stock code: 600277. The registered capital is 2,738,940,100 yuan. In December 2015, the company changed its name to Elion Clean Energy Company Limited, and its stock abbreviation was changed to Elion Clean Energy accordingly.
