
On December 10, reporters learned from Qingling Motors (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingling Group) that the group will deploy 1,500 hydrogen energy heavy-duty trucks in Xinjiang from this year to 2026 to support the transportation of coal from Xinjiang to other provinces.
12月10日,记者从庆铃汽车(集团)有限公司(以下简称庆铃集团)获悉,今年至2026年,该集团将在新疆布局1500辆氢能重卡,助力疆煤外运。
On December 8, the world's largest-scale hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle demonstration project was launched in Yiwu County, Hami City, Xinjiang. Qingling Group delivered the first batch of 500 units of 49-ton hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles to its cooperation partners. Equipped with Bosch’s latest-generation 300kW hydrogen fuel cell engine and 4-speed electric drive axle, these vehicles lead the industry in performance metrics such as driving range and operational efficiency. Custom-developed to adapt to Xinjiang’s operating conditions—including an altitude of 2,300 meters, extreme temperatures of minus 43°C, and long uphill sections of 241 kilometers—they are currently the only hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks that have successfully traversed the Tianshan Mountains and meet the operational demands of the Xinjiang coal transportation scenario.
12月8日,全球最大规模氢燃料电池商用车示范项目在新疆哈密市伊吾县启动,庆铃集团向合作单位交付了首批500辆49吨氢燃料电池商用车。这些车辆搭载博世最新一代300千瓦氢燃料电池发动机、4挡电驱桥,续航里程、运行效率等性能行业领先,是根据新疆2300米高海拔、零下43℃极端温度、241公里长上坡等工况定制化开发,是目前唯一成功翻越天山、满足疆煤外运场景需求的氢燃料电池重卡。
A relevant person in charge of Qingling Group stated that as early as 2020, the group made a forward-looking layout in the hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle industry, establishing a comprehensive system of R&D, manufacturing, sales and service capabilities, with full-process digital management and control in place. The deployment of a large fleet of hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks in Xinjiang this time aims to help build the world’s largest hydrogen corridor for the "Xinjiang Coal Transportation to Other Provinces" initiative.
庆铃集团相关负责人表示,2020年,庆铃集团就前瞻性布局氢燃料电池商用车产业,具备体系完备的研发、制造、销售服务能力,并实现全过程数字化管控。此次在新疆布局大批氢燃料电池重卡,旨在助力打造全球规模最大的“疆煤外运”氢走廊。
This initiative boasts multiple advantages. First and foremost, Xinjiang’s wind and solar resources generate over 10 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, providing ample power for green hydrogen production, coupled with abundant industrial by-product hydrogen. Qingling Group has joined hands with local enterprises to co-construct hydrogen refueling stations, where the market price of hydrogen is far below the national average level. In addition, road transportation accounts for over 70% of Xinjiang’s total freight volume, and restrictions on diesel vehicles meeting National IV emission standards or below have been gradually implemented, creating favorable conditions for the promotion of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Moreover, Xinjiang has successively issued a number of supportive policies for the development of the hydrogen energy industry. Leveraging its strengths in automobile manufacturing and vehicle operation, Qingling Group will drive the formation of a green hydrogen supply chain and industrial system in Xinjiang through large-scale operations.
此举具备多方面优势。首先,新疆风光资源年发电量超百亿千瓦时,可以为绿色氢气制备提供充足电力,同时还有充足的工业副产氢。庆铃集团联合当地企业共建加氢站,市场价远低于全国平均水平。此外,新疆公路运输网络运量占货运总量超70%,已开始逐步对国四及以下排放标准柴油车限行,有利于氢燃料电池车推广。不仅如此,新疆先后出台多项关于发展氢能产业的支持政策,庆铃集团可发挥自身汽车制造、车辆运营优势,以规模化运营推动新疆形成绿色氢气供应链与产业体系。
