According to estimates, JD Logistics is expected to increase the energy storage consumption ratio of the logistics park by more than 25%, reduce the number of vehicles by more than 20%, further increase the carbon emission reduction rate of single vehicles by more than 15%, and increase the comprehensive carbon emission reduction rate by more than 35% through the overall electricity replacement solution of new energy vehicles.
JD Logistics has always been actively exploring energy saving and emission reduction methods integrating "efficient fleet operation and comprehensive emission reduction". The application of the electric switching mode is a green transportation solution jointly developed with China's first electric switching city logistics vehicle enterprise, Complete Distance Logistics Technology Co., LTD. (" Complete distance "). The city distribution logistics vehicles of JD Logistics that adopt the electric switching mode all use standardized battery packs of all types of models. Such battery packs can be upgraded to cleaner energy at any time, and their battery modules can be fully utilized in order to maximize the value of battery energy saving and emission reduction. At the same time, there is no need to transform the power grid for the supporting mobile electric change cabinet, which can be quickly arranged and flexibly adjusted in the logistics park according to the operation scenario, and can be connected with the distributed energy system in the park to further reduce the overall carbon emission.
By upgrading logistics vehicles, JD Logistics will further reduce the carbon emission during logistics transportation, and cooperate with upstream and downstream energy partners to realize an integrated innovative energy conservation and emission reduction program of "park + transportation + echelon utilization", so as to accelerate the process of green parks and green transportation.
In addition, the power replacement mode greatly reduces the energy replenishment time of new energy vehicles. According to the measure, the operation of the same time, a 4.2 m van new energy vehicle charge need 3 hours, and by changing the electric model, the same specifications of the new energy car is only 5 minutes, it effectively solves the new energy vehicle logistics of "anxiety", will make the use time of every new energy logistics car more environmentally sustainable. In fact, JD Logistics has already tried to "change the mode of electricity". Since the launch of the green supply chain action "Green Flow Plan" in 2017, JD Logistics has never stopped actively exploring more sustainable whole-chain energy saving and emission reduction solutions with all partners in the ecological chain. JD will adopt GHG Protocol (Greenhouse gas Accounting system) in line with international standards and the methodology certified by the United Nations to track and calculate the greenhouse gas emissions of the whole chain of enterprises, and adopt the carbon footprint block chain and digital platform of carbon zero alliance to realize the digital tracking and management of the whole chain of carbon emissions of enterprises. 京东物流始终积极探索集“车队高效运营与综合减排”于一体的节能减排方式,此次换电模式的应用则是携手全国首家换电城配物流车企业全路程物流科技有限公司(简称“全路程”)共同开发的绿色运输解决方案。京东物流采用换电模式的城配物流车均使用了全品类车型通用的标准化电池PACK,此类电池PACK可随时升级为更加清洁的能源,而其电池模组可充分进行梯次利用,最大化电池节能减排价值。同时,配套建设的可移动式换电柜也无需改造电网,可依据运营场景在所在物流园区内进行快速布局及灵活调整,并可与园区内分布式能源系统打通,进一步降低整体碳排量。
通过升级换电物流车辆,京东物流将进一步减少物流运输途中的碳排量,并可与能源上下游合作伙伴联手实现“园区+运输+梯次利用”的一体化创新节能减排方案,加快绿色园区及绿色运输的进程。
此外,换电模式极大降低了新能源车的补能时间。据测算,相同的运行时间里,一辆4.2米厢式货车的新能源运输车充满电需要3小时,而通过换电模式,同样规格的新能源车仅需5分钟,这有效解决了新能源物流车辆的续航“焦虑”,将使每辆新能源物流车的使用时间更环保可持续。在提升车队运输效能的同时,通过换电模式还可进一步优化车队结构,有效降低运营成本。
事实上,京东物流早已就“换电模式”进行了尝试。随着2021年第三季度工业和信息化部办公厅印发《关于启动新能源汽车换电模式应用试点工作的通知》,京东物流积极响应国家号召,于今年3月率先展开了换电城配物流车试点。
京东物流自2017年发起绿色供应链行动“青流计划”以来,从未停止与生态链各合作伙伴积极探讨更可持续的全链条节能减排解决方案。多年来,京东物流持续发力绿色运输,截至2021年底,京东物流已在全国50多个城市布局使用约20000台新能源物流车,每年可减少约40万吨二氧化碳排放。
从干线物流货车到终端的快递车,规模化的新能源车队覆盖了京东物流多种业务场景。如今,京东物流已经将北京的自营城配车辆全部更换为新能源车辆。在服务2022年“相约北京”系列冬季体育赛事中,京东物流在赛区城市配送、场馆内部物流服务中全部使用电动物流车,所有服务车辆100%符合国六b排放标准,并且在张家口赛区内试运行氢能物流车。此外,京东物流还持续探索清洁能源运输方式,积极推进氢能源车测试和使用,并通过使用自动驾驶技术,进一步降低能耗。
据悉,接下来,京东物流还将与上海碳零数盟能源有限公司(以下简称“碳零数盟”)联手就企业碳排放及碳减排的核算及认证展开深度合作。京东将采用符合国际标准的GHG Protocol(温室气体核算体系)及联合国认证的方法论对企业全链条温室气体排放进行追踪及核算,并采用碳零数盟的碳足迹区块链及数字化平台实现对于企业碳排放的全链条的数字化追踪及管理,实现在国际碳减排组织的碳积分认证。
