On April 17, Baofeng Energy (600989), a leading enterprise in high-end coal-based new materials, started construction of the world's largest integrated solar electrolysis water hydrogen production and energy storage and comprehensive application demonstration project. This project is the largest integrated renewable energy hydrogen production and energy storage project in China. It will involve many fields, such as solar electrolysis water hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and transportation, hydrogenation stations, demonstration application of hydrogen energy transportation, coupling with modern coal chemical industry to produce high-end new chemical materials, and play an important demonstration role in promoting and developing clean "green hydrogen".

It is reported that the total investment of the project is 1.4 billion yuan, with a total annual output of 160 million cubic meters of hydrogen and 0.8 million cubic meters of oxygen per year. It will achieve an annual sales revenue of 600 million yuan and a total annual profit of 110 million yuan. It is expected to reduce coal consumption by 254,000 tons and carbon dioxide emissions by 445,000 tons each year. At the same time, it will drive the development of the whole industrial chain, such as hydrogen production and energy storage, hydrogen storage and transportation, hydrogenation station construction and hydrogen energy application.

According to the relevant person in charge of Baofeng energy, the company planning and construction of solar electrolytic hydrogen energy storage and integrated application of pilot project is based on the area of solar energy and other renewable energy rich endowment of hydrogen as an exploration to develop clean energy efficient strategic choice, relying on company's circular economy industrial chain, strengthen the company's high-end, coal-based new material circular economy industry cluster advantage, We will accelerate the process of replacing fossil energy with new energy sources.

The new solar electrolytic hydrogen energy storage and comprehensive application demonstration project main build 20000 square/hours and electrolysis of water hydrogen plant and auxiliary facilities and 2 x 100 mw combined photovoltaic power station, the center of Ningdong energy demonstration station, one yinchuan 1000 kg/day filling stations, and transform the enterprise existing two build oil and gas station station into oil, gas, hydrogen and demonstration. According to the project design and planning, ecological control land in the coal mine subsidence area will be fully utilized to build compound photovoltaic power generation facilities. Wolfberry and alfalfa will be planted under the photovoltaic modules to improve land utilization and soil improvement, so as to realize the complemency of agricultural light and forest light. At the same time, the project will demonstrate the application of double-sided double-glass and other advanced equipment and technology, and further improve the solar energy utilization efficiency of about 10%.

In addition, the project will also support the construction of photovoltaic power stations and downstream hydrogenation stations, which are expected to be put into operation by the end of 2020. The project will adopt the most advanced alkaline electrolytic cell with a single capacity of 1000 standard cubic meters per hour, which will lay a foundation for reducing the cost of hydrogen production by electrolytic water and promoting technological breakthroughs in the hydrogen production industry. Different from conventional hydrogen production from fossil fuels, hydrogen produced by solar electrolysis of water is "green hydrogen" in the real sense. On the one hand, the hydrogen produced will be organically combined with the company's existing coal chemical plant to achieve cost reduction, energy saving and emission reduction in the methanol production process. On the other hand, the construction of hydrogen production and energy storage, hydrogen storage and transportation, and hydrogenation stations will also be carried out, and the application scenarios will be expanded through cooperation with urban hydrogen energy demonstration bus lines, so as to realize the integrated development of the hydrogen energy industry chain.

At present, the company is carrying out the planned construction of 3 million tons of coking multi-generation project, the coke oven gas can produce 1.2 billion cubic meters of hydrogen every year, which will further increase the company's hydrogen production, greatly save the consumption of coal resources, reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Baofeng Energy is rapidly moving from the traditional energy industry to the new energy field, achieving a "magnificent turn" and becoming the industry pioneer.

4月17日,高端煤基新材料领军企业宝丰能源(600989)开工建设全球最大规模一体化太阳能电解水制氢储能及综合应用示范项目。该项目是国内最大一体化可再生能源制氢储能项目,将涉及太阳能电解水制氢、氢气储运、加氢站、氢能交通示范应用、与现代煤化工耦合制高端化工新材料等多个领域,对推广发展清洁“绿氢”具有重要的示范作用。

据悉,该项目总投资14亿元,合计年产氢气1.6亿标方/年,副产氧气0.8亿标方/年。将实现年销售收入6亿元,年利润总额1.1亿元,预计每年可减少煤炭消耗25.4万吨、减少二氧化碳排放44.5万吨。同时,带动制氢储能、氢气储运、加氢站建设、氢能应用等全产业链发展。

据宝丰能源相关负责人介绍,公司规划建设太阳能电解制氢储能及综合应用试点项目正是立足本区域太阳能等再生能源丰富的禀赋,将氢能作为探索发展高效清洁能源的战略选择,依托公司循环经济产业链,强化公司高端煤基新材料循环经济产业集群优势,加快以新能源替代化石能源发展进程。

此次新开工的太阳能电解制氢储能及综合应用示范项目主要新建2万标方/小时电解水制氢装置及配套公辅设施和2×100兆瓦复合型光伏电站、宁东能源中心示范站,1座银川1000公斤/日加氢站,并将企业现有的两座油气共建站改造成油、气、氢共建示范站。另外,通过与城市氢能源示范公交线路协作等方式多维度实现太阳能制氢、氢气储运、氢能利用全流程一体化“绿氢”应用。

氢能源是目前已知最绿色清洁的能源,其反应产物只有水,因此有望成为能源的终极形式。从横向对比角度看,氢能源相较于其他形式能源具有能量密度大、燃烧热值高、来源广、可储存、可再生等优点,在发电领域具有建设成本优势。氢能源有望逐步替代传统化石能源,拥有极大发展空间。

氢能在能源、交通、工业、建筑等领域具有广阔的应用前景,尤其是以燃料电池为代表的交通领域是氢能应用的突破口与主要市场。工信部已启动《新能源汽车产业规划(2021-2035年)》编制工作,将新能源汽车高质量发展为主线,研究产业化重点向燃料电池汽车拓展。此外,在工业、建筑业等领域,氢能源的广泛应用也将获得突破性进展,据测算相关市场将达到万亿产值,优先布局的企业将先行受益。

据了解,项目中电解水制氢装置与公司现有高端煤基新材料产业链有效融合,首创将新能源直供煤化工生产系统,即将太阳能“绿氢”补入甲醇装置耦合生产甲醇和烯烃等高端材料,副产氧气替代部分空分制氧用于甲醇装置煤气化助燃,有效降低制氢综合成本,实现可再生能源向高端化工新材料的有效转化。

同时,通过耦合补氢生产甲醇,还将大幅减少煤气变换量,节约煤炭资源消耗,降低二氧化碳排放,实现煤炭资源清洁高效利用,强化宝丰能源高端煤基新材料循环经济产业集群优势,实现经济效益与环保效益的双赢,持续服务、贡献“资源节约、环境友好”型社会建设。

依照项目设计规划,将充分利用煤矿沉陷区生态治理土地,建设复合型光伏发电设施,光伏组件下方种植枸杞、苜蓿,提高土地利用率、改良土壤,实现农光互补、林光互补;同时,项目还将示范应用双面双玻等先进设备和技术,进一步提高太阳能利用效率约10%。

此外,项目同时配套建设光伏电站及下游加氢站,预计2020年底投产。该项目将采用单台产能1000标方/小时的国产最先进高效碱性电解槽,为降低电解水制氢成本,促进制氢行业技术突破奠定基础。不同于传统化石能源制氢,通过太阳能电解水所生产的氢气是真正意义上的“绿色氢气”。所产氢气一方面将与公司现有煤化工装置有机结合,实现甲醇生产过程的降本增效和节能减排;另一方面,还将配套进行制氢储能、氢气储运、加氢站建设,通过与城市氢能源示范公交线路协作等方式拓展应用场景,实现氢能产业链一体联动发展。

目前,公司正在进行规划建设的300万吨焦化多联产项目,每年所产焦炉煤气可生产12亿方氢气,这将进一步提升公司氢气产量,大幅节约煤炭资源消耗,降低二氧化碳排放。宝丰能源正在从传统能源产业快速迈向新能源领域,实现“华丽转身”,成为行业先行者。
