The cooperation agreement shows that Gree Appliances and Huafa Group will give full play to their respective advantages, share scientific research resources, build a photovoltaic new energy technology innovation system, and gradually build a "Zhuhai internal circulation" system with efficient linkage of photovoltaic module supporting products, photovoltaic storage air conditioners and small household appliances "production-sales".
The relevant person in charge of Gree Appliances said: "Through strategic cooperation, Gree Appliances and Huafa Group can draw the driving force of innovation and development from each other, avoid shortcomings, and give full play to their advantages to prevent risks in the rapidly changing market tide and better develop the market." ”
It is understood that Huafa Group is the largest comprehensive state-owned enterprise in Zhuhai, and in recent years, it has continuously made efforts in commercial and financial complexes, property, finance, entity manufacturing and other sectors. Official information shows that Huafa Group has realized the upstream and midstream layout of the photovoltaic industry chain such as crystalline silicon raw materials, silicon rods/wafers, equipment, and cells, and is currently coordinating the investment, construction and operation of various photovoltaic power generation projects in Zhuhai.
Qi Haihan, president of Beijing Teyi Sunshine New Energy, told the "Securities Daily" reporter: "There is a strong complementarity in this strategic cooperation between the two sides. Gree's photovoltaic air conditioning, photovoltaic frequency conversion and lithium carbonate battery energy storage projects and other energy-saving projects were laid out earlier and did well. Zhuhai is currently building a 'photovoltaic capital', and this cooperation model and industrial alliance are very in line with the national development strategy. ”
It is reported that since November this year, Huafa Group has successively reached cooperation with various districts of Zhuhai City, adding about 4.9GW of new photovoltaic power generation capacity, and has started a number of distributed photovoltaic project construction and centralized photovoltaic project preliminary work, and is expected to achieve an additional 5.6GW installed capacity by the end of 2025. After all the grid-connected, it will contribute 6 billion kWh of green power (accounting for about 28% of the total electricity consumption of the city), save 1.82 million tons of standard coal per year, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 5 million tons per year.

共助珠海打造“光伏之都”
合作协议显示,格力电器与华发集团将充分发挥各自优势,共享科研资源,搭建光伏新能源科技创新体系,逐步构建起光伏组件配套产品、光储空调及小家电“产-销”高效联动的“珠海内循环”体系。
格力电器相关负责人表示:“通过战略合作,格力电器和华发集团都能从对方身上汲取创新和发展的动力,回避短板,发挥优势合力在急剧变化的市场大潮中防范风险,更好地开拓市场。”
据了解,华发集团是珠海市最大的综合型国有企业,近年来不断在商业金融综合体、物业、金融、实体制造等板块布局发力。官方信息显示,华发集团已实现晶体硅原料、硅棒/硅片、设备、电池片等光伏产业链上中游布局,目前正总体统筹珠海市各类光伏发电项目的投资、建设和运营。
北京特亿阳光新能源总裁祁海珅告诉《证券日报》记者:“双方这种战略合作存在很强的互补性。格力电器的光伏空调,光伏变频以及碳酸锂电池储能项目等节能项目布局较早,也做得很出色。珠海市目前在打造‘光伏之都’,这种合作模式和产业联合很符合国家的发展战略。”
据悉,今年11月份以来,华发集团已先后与珠海市各区达成合作,新增光伏发电装机规模约4.9GW,并启动了一批分布式光伏项目建设和集中式光伏项目前期工作,预计在2025年底前实现新增5.6GW装机规模。全部并网后将为珠海市贡献年绿电60亿度(占目前全市用电总量的约28%)、年节约标准煤182万吨、年减少二氧化碳年排放量500万吨。
“这样的合作能够真正在绿色能源开发、光伏应用里面形成整个产业的微笑曲线,在研发、生产和销售端起到较好的作用,进一步提高效率。也可为其他区域和企业提供典范。”中国房地产数据研究院院长陈晟如是表示。
光伏赋能家电
“低碳环保”或再上台阶
奥维云网(AVC)消费电子事业部研究总监刘飞认为,“格力电器从光伏产业链下游的产品模块和方案运营方面进入,主要是由于其本身就是家电产品制造厂,同时拥有丰富的家电销售网络,在产品和营销上具有传统优势,这也为发展光伏产业提供条件”。
事实上,近两年,多家家电企业相继进军新能源光伏赛道,已经在光伏硅料、玻璃辅材、户用光伏、光伏家电产品等领域取得积极成效。2021年TCL科技收购硅片龙头中环股份,当年光伏业务占公司营收25%以上,并显著带动其毛利率提升至20%;创维集团选择切入下游,其运营的光伏电站在2021年实现41亿元营收;而深康佳A则选择在产业链上多点铺开,包括光伏玻璃、光伏逆变器、光伏电站等。
钉科技创始人丁少将向《证券日报》记者表示:“家电企业跨界光伏赛道有着天然优势。家电本身属于高耗能产品。如果家电企业在上游能够打通绿色能源,相当于从能源供给端到终端制造,都能够实现低碳化和绿色化,那无疑对消费端和整个产业及国家战略落地来讲,都是十分利好的。如格力电器的光伏空调,抛弃传统的化石能源,通过光能转化电能驱动运行。”
不过丁少将同时提醒,“整体来看,家电企业进军光伏业务处于早期。光伏产业也存在一定周期性,目前景气度较高,切入这个赛道的企业很多。产业扩张带来的产能扩大,以及企业自身的技术存储和壁垒程度,这些对后续进入光伏产业的企业来说,是需要长期规划和通盘考量的。”
