On November 23, the 2022 China (Jiaxing) Hydrogen Energy Industry Conference was held in Jiaxing City with the theme of "Continuously Optimizing Regional Industrial Ecology and Opening a New Chapter of Hydrogen Energy Cooperation". Lin Qi, Chairman and President of Refine, attended the conference as a representative of the enterprise, and delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "Strengthening Ecological Collaboration to Build Industrial Highlands". It discussed with the heads of government departments, experts and scholars in the field of hydrogen energy, and enterprises in related industries from the aspects of ecological construction, policy coordination and industrial chain cooperation.

Ni Huping, Vice Mayor of Jiaxing City, said in his opening speech that Jiaxing attaches great importance to the development of hydrogen energy industry and regards it as an important sector in building advanced manufacturing clusters during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Jiaxing is one of the areas with the most abundant hydrogen energy resources in Zhejiang Province. It is speeding up the construction of circular economy mode of chemical industry plate and hydrogen energy plate to maximize the first-mover advantage of large amount and high quality of industrial by-product hydrogen. Jiaxing is one of the members of the first batch of fuel cell vehicle demonstration city group. As the pioneer of innovative application demonstration of hydrogen energy and low-carbon technology, Jiaxing has gathered a number of international and domestic leading hydrogen fuel cell key components manufacturers, and will make every effort to promote the promotion of hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing and hydrogen energy application scenarios in the future.

Under the background of double carbon, promoting the development of hydrogen energy industry integration in the Yangtze River Delta is the inherent demand of implementing the goal of double carbon, realizing the structural adjustment of regional energy supply side and escorting economic development.

In recent years, under the macro background and policy guidance of the development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta, Refine Group has been deepening the industrial layout, promoting the construction of the ecological circle and the coordination of the industrial chain, so as to deeply open up the whole chain from technology development to commercial application, and build a sustainable business model and scenario, Lin Qi said.

In July 2022, the headquarter of Power Electronics Division of Refine Group officially settled in Jiaxing Port Area. Recently, the 1,000th high-power DC/DC has been offline from Jiaxing Port Area.

In September 2022, Refine Group joined hands with Hangzhou Fork Group to release a 3.5-ton fuel cell forklift, marking the formal expansion of Refine Group from the automotive field to the material handling field. This year, Refine Group also joined hands with Chint Group and Jiahua Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to jointly carry out the hydrogen fuel cell distributed cogeneration project and explore the construction of a new hydrogen power station with peak-valley electricity price difference as the business model, which will be officially released in December.

Based on the rich hydrogen energy application scenarios in Jiaxing, the products and technologies of Refine Group have been applied in buses and logistics vehicles. Among them, the bus project connects the main bus lines in Jiaxing City and Pinghu City, with an average operating mileage of more than 23,000 kilometers. Logistics vehicles have achieved cross-regional collaboration, operating routes from Jiaxing to Shanghai Minhang, Jiading, Baoshan and other regions, distribution of logistics express delivery and vegetables and fruits, etc. At present, the mileage of bicycles has exceeded 10,000 kilometers.

Up to now, the related business of Reshaping Group covers 10 provinces and 22 cities in China, including many cities in the Yangtze River Delta region. In the automotive sector, about 4,000 fuel cell vehicles have been delivered, with a mileage of more than 140 million kilometers, helping to reduce carbon emissions by more than 70,000 tons.

Combining the industrial advantages, resource endowments, scientific and technological advantages, talent advantages and market prospects of the Yangtze River Delta region, Lin Qi said that the remodeling group is willing to continue to play its own advantages in technology, products, ecological synergy and resource integration, and cooperate with government departments, energy enterprises and upstream and downstream partners in the industrial chain to speed up the hydrogen industry in the Yangtze River Delta region, driving industrial innovation and industrial integration based on hydrogen energy technology, and helping the Yangtze River Delta region continue to lead the development of China's hydrogen energy industry.

During the signing of the hydrogen energy project in Jiaxing City, Refine Group formally signed an investment agreement for the 1MW hydrogen distributed power generation project and the fuel cell bipolar plate production project.

双碳背景下，推进长三角氢能产业一体化的发展，是践行双碳目标、实现区域能源供给侧的结构性调整、为经济发展保驾护航的内在需求。

2022年7月，重塑集团电力电子事业部磐动电气总部正式落户嘉兴港区，近日，第1,000台大功率DC/DC已从嘉兴港区下线。

2022年9月，重塑集团携手杭叉集团，发布了3.5吨的燃料电池叉车，标志着重塑集团正式从车用领域，拓展至物料搬运领域；今年，重塑集团还携手了正泰集团，以及嘉化氢能科技有限公司，共同开展氢燃料电池分布式发电热电联供项目，探索建设以峰谷电价差为商业模式的新型氢能电站，该项目即将于12月正式发布。

基于嘉兴丰富的氢能应用场景，重塑集团的产品和技术目前已经在公交车和物流车上得以应用，其中，公交车项目连接了嘉兴市和平湖市的公交主干线，目前平均单车运营里程超2.3万公里；物流车方面则实现了跨地区的协同，运营线路覆盖从嘉兴到上海闵行、嘉定、宝山等区域,配送物流快递以及蔬菜水果等，目前单车里程已超过1万公里。

截至目前，重塑集团相关业务覆盖中国的10省22市，包括长三角区域的多个城市。在车用领域，已累计交付燃料电池汽车约4,000辆、行驶里程数超1.4亿公里、帮助减少碳排放超70,000吨。

结合长三角区域的产业优势、资源禀赋、科技优势、人才优势、市场前景，林琦表示，重塑集团愿意继续发挥自身在技术、产品、生态协同、资源整合等方面的优势，协同政府部门、能源企业、产业链上下游伙伴，共同加快长三角区域氢能产业的一体化发展，驱动基于氢能科技的产业创新、产业融合，助力长三角区域继续领跑中国氢能产业发展。

在大会的嘉兴市氢能项目合作签约环节中，重塑集团正式签署了1MW氢能分布式发电项目以及燃料电池双极板生产项目投资协议。
