Recently, Wuhan Power Battery Regeneration Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Power Regeneration"), a zero-carbon demonstration park built by GEM, officially passed the carbon neutralization certification of SGS Standard Technical Services Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "SGS") and was awarded the carbon neutralization certificate. In accordance with the international general standard ISO14064-3: 2019 and the carbon neutral declaration standard PAS 2060:2014, the certification verifies the greenhouse gas emissions generated by the operation of Wuhan Power Regeneration in 2021. The verification results show that through the pilot construction and deployment of the near-zero carbon emission park, Wuhan Power Regeneration has created a low-carbon demonstration scenario, greatly reducing greenhouse gas emissions and achieving carbon neutrality in the park.

Wuhan Power Regeneration, located in River City Wuhan, is a new model of zero carbon demonstration park built by GEM to implement the national "double carbon" strategy and lay out the central China region. The park focuses on photovoltaic power generation, the use of clean energy, promoting the transformation of energy structure, carrying out carbon reduction in industrial production, resource recycling, environmental protection, green carbon sink development and advocating low-carbon travel and low-carbon lifestyle, building a demonstration project of near-zero carbon emission park, and promoting the park to achieve the low-carbon development goal of "net zero" carbon dioxide emissions. Wuhan GEM Urban Mineral Recycling Industrial Park, including Wuhan Power Regeneration, was named "Wuhan Carbon Neutrality Pioneer Demonstration Unit", and became one of the pilot demonstration projects of the provincial near-zero carbon emission zone demonstration project, and is a typical representative of the green low-carbon transformation of Wuhan.

日前，格林美打造的零碳示范园区——武汉动力电池再生技术有限公司（以下简称“武汉动力再生”）正式通过通标标准技术服务有限公司（以下简称“SGS”）碳中和认证，获颁碳中和证书。此次认证按照国际通用标准ISO14064-3：2019及碳中和宣告规范标准PAS 2060：2014，对武汉动力再生2021全年运营排放产生的温室气体进行核查。核查结果显示，武汉动力再生通过近零碳排放园区试点建设部署，打造低碳示范场景，大大降低了温室气体排放，园区实现碳中和。
