On December 8, 2022, a large power lithium battery produced by CATL departed from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport on SF Airlines all-cargo flight and arrived at Frankfurt Airport in Germany smoothly. This is the first time that a large power lithium battery produced in China has been exported through a domestic airline. Exploring industry demand and enhancing transport capacity. SF Airlines has formulated a detailed transport support plan in the early stage. Under the safety supervision of the Central and Southern Regional Administration of Civil Aviation and Shenzhen Safety Supervision and Administration, it actively cooperates with the preparation of special approval materials for A99, strictly implements the transport operation requirements, and comprehensively evaluates the transport support capability from the aspects of air transport qualification and employee qualification. At the same time, CAAC Dangerous Goods Transport Management Center guides the whole process of power lithium battery transport safety test and packaging safety test, and guides all parties to prepare approval documents and complete technical review. CATL carries out transportation safety test and packaging safety test for lithium batteries in strict accordance with international standards.

Practicing strictly, deeply and carefully, and building a strong security line. In order to ensure the transportation task, SF Airlines and Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, under the on-site guidance of the Hubei Civil Aviation Regulatory Bureau, as well as the online remote observation of the Central and South Bureau of Civil Aviation, Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau and the China Civil Aviation Dangerous Goods Transport Management Center, presupposed a scenario of "Emergency Disposal of Dangerous Goods in the Warehouse Area". The aim is to test the orderliness and efficiency of Wuhan Tianhe Airport contingency plan and SF Aviation Emergency Disposal, and to ensure the safety of large lithium battery air transportation through the cooperation of various units and summing up experience.

Focusing on key processes and strengthening safety responsibilities. On December 7, China Civil Aviation Dangerous Goods Transportation Management Center, Civil Aviation Hubei Regulatory Bureau and CATL supervised the whole process of transportation collection and security inspection, understood the whole process of transportation, and jointly discussed solutions and work directions for the problems encountered in transportation preparation and security work.

践行严实深细，筑牢安全防线。为扎实保障此次运输任务，顺丰航空与武汉天河国际机场在民航湖北监管局的现场指导下，以及民航中南局、深圳监管局与中国民航危险品运输管理中心的线上远程观摩下，按照“危险品在货库范围起火应急处置”预设情景，对武汉天河机场应急预案与顺丰航空应急处置的有序性、高效性进行检验，通过各单位协同作战，总结经验，确保大型锂电池航空运输安全。

聚焦关键流程，强化安全责任。12月7日，中国民航危险品运输管理中心、民航湖北监管局、宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司远程线上全过程监督运输收运、安检环节，了解运输全过程，针对运输准备和保障工作中遇到的问题，共同研讨解决办法和工作方向。
