减碳效果越好，贷款利率越低。近日，温州金达实业有限公司从兴业银行温州分行获得一笔290万元的项目贷款，用于其1000KWP分布式光伏发电项目建设，项目建成后预计可实现年发电不低于100万度，年节约标准煤346吨，年减排二氧化碳865吨，环境效益显著。与常规项目贷款不同，兴业银行将这笔贷款的利率与光伏发电项目碳减排效果挂钩，通过利率杠杆进一步撬动企业低碳发展的动力。

据悉，该项目贷款从发电端设置了碳中和挂钩指标，将项目贷款利率与项目的碳减排量（发电量）挂钩，激励借款人采用光电转化效率更高的组件、加强运行维护等手段提高光伏发电量，提供更多清洁能源。在贷款周期内，项目的碳减排量（发电量）达到约定的阈值，企业即有权向兴业银行申请下调贷款利率，从而将减排效果转化为实实在在的经济效益。该产品的结构化设计也为持续降低绿色企业的融资成本探索出了一条可行路径。
