On August 25th, Midea Group and Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinko Solar") signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at Midea Group headquarters.

Wang Xingwang, Chief Information Officer of Jinko Solar, and Wang Xinliang, Business President of Midea Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Chen Kangping, co-founder and CEO of Jinko Solar Cao Haiyun, Chief Financial Officer, and Liu Hua, Chief Human Resources Officer; Fang Hongbo, Chairman and President of Midea Group, Jin Jiang, President of Meiyun Zhishu, and Xu Guiyou, General Manager of Kuka China, attended the signing ceremony.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will carry out extensive cooperation in multiple fields such as new energy business, digital transformation, and overall solutions for smart buildings. Among them, both parties will strengthen cooperation in the new energy business sector, fully leverage their respective advantages and resources, jointly explore the application scenarios of photovoltaic, energy storage, energy management and other businesses on the client side. At the same time, both parties will work together to promote the sharing of customer resources for new energy projects, cooperate in the development of key projects, and jointly build a new energy ecosystem.

In addition, both parties will explore cooperation in the field of digitalization, jointly promote the development and improvement of digitalization in the photovoltaic industry, create good economic and social benefits, and make every effort to create a digital model in the photovoltaic industry. Both parties are jointly committed to digital construction, covering automation systems, digital management, data operations, integrated supply chain, and lean management.

Fang Hongbo introduced that Midea's digitalization has reached the 3.0 stage and can achieve seamless integration, with a 100% digitalization of the entire end-to-end value chain. Jingke Energy is developing rapidly and has a forward-looking layout in new industries such as photovoltaics and energy storage. We hope that in the future, both parties can strengthen communication and cooperation in business forms, enterprise management, and other aspects.

Chen Kangping stated that Jinko Solar mainly focuses on photovoltaic and energy storage, with significant investment and good results, becoming a leading global provider of clean energy solutions. While diversifying business development, there is also a higher demand for efficient management and operation of enterprises, hoping to continuously enhance their sustainable competitiveness through cooperation with Midea.

Before the signing ceremony, Chen Kangping and his delegation visited the Kuka Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Park, Midea Building Technology Intelligent Factory, and Midea Group Headquarters Exhibition Hall.

Guo Yihuan, CEO Assistant and Vice President of Jinko Solar, Song Fengbing, Vice President of Quality Management, Gao Jianmin, Senior Director of Process Management Department, Huo Yuan, President of China Region of Kelu Electronic Energy Storage Business Unit under Midea Group, and Yang Pengyu, Director of Building Technology Solutions and Delivery, also attended the signing meeting.

8月25日，美的集团与晶科能源股份有限公司(以下简称“晶科能源”) 在美的集团总部签署了战略合作框架协议。 

晶科能源首席信息官王兴旺、美的集团企业业务总裁王新亮代表双方签署了战略合作协议，晶科能源联合创始人、CEO陈康平，首席财务官曹海云，首席人力资源官刘华；美的集团董事长兼总裁方洪波、美云智数总裁金江、库卡中国总经理许桂友等出席了签约仪式。

根据战略合作协议，双方将在新能源业务、数字化转型、智慧楼宇整体解决方案等多个领域开展广泛合作。其中，双方将在新能源业务板块强强合作，充分发挥各自的优势资源，共同探索光伏、储能、能源管理等业务在客户端的应用场景，同时，双方将合力推进新能源项目客户资源共享，合作开发重点项目，共建新能源生态圈。

方洪波介绍，美的数字化已经到了3.0阶段，可以实现无缝衔接，全域的端到端全价值链达到100%数字化。晶科能源的发展速度很快，在光伏和储能等新产业都有前瞻布局，希望未来双方能在业务形态、企业管理等方面加强交流与合作。

陈康平表示，晶科能源主要做的是光伏和储能，投入很大，也取得很好成绩，成为了全球领先的清洁能源解决方案供应商。在业务多元化发展的同时，也对企业的高效管理及运营提出了更高的需求，希望通过与美的合作不断提升企业可持续发展的竞争力。

签约仪式前，陈康平一行先后参观了库卡智能制造科技园、美的楼宇科技智能工厂以及美的集团总部展厅。

晶科能源CEO助理、副总裁郭亦桓，品质管理副总裁宋锋兵，流程管理部高级总监高建敏，美的集团旗下科陆电子储能事业部中华区总裁霍元，楼宇科技解决方案与交付总监杨鹏宇等也参加签约会谈。
