
From 28 to 29 October, the "2025 Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Forum & Shenzhen National Low-Carbon City Forum" was grandly convened at Shenzhen International Low-Carbon City. Hosted by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and organised by the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, Shenzhen Ecology and Environment Bureau, and Longgang District People's Government, the event brought together leading experts, scholars, and industry leaders to explore cutting-edge topics in green and low-carbon development. Centred on the theme "AI Empowering Urban Green Development", this forum brought together leading experts, scholars and industry leaders from home and abroad to explore cutting-edge topics in green and low-carbon development. At the highly anticipated Green Building Technology sub-forum, Liu Shuo, Director of Climate and Energy at Onewo Inc ESG, delivered an invited keynote address. He formally unveiled Onewo Inc independently developed "Link-X" Carbon Management System to the industry, presenting an innovative solution for achieving refined, intelligent carbon management within the property sector.

In her sharing titled "Empowering the Future: Breaking the Dilemma of Carbon Management in the Property Industry," Liu Shuo pointed out that under the "dual carbon" goals, the property industry is facing the dual challenges of difficulty in accounting for "invisible carbon" and long-term neglect of "operational carbon." The traditional manual reporting-based carbon management method is high-cost, low-efficiency, and inaccurate, trapping enterprises in the predicament of the "impossible trinity"—lack of unified accounting standards, data reliance on manual reporting, and ambiguous division of responsibilities between property management companies and owners.
在题为《赋能未来:物业碳管理的破局》的分享中,刘硕指出,在 “双碳” 目标下,物业行业正面临 “无形之碳” 难以核算与 “运营之碳” 长期被忽视的双重挑战。传统人工填报式的碳管理方式成本高、效率低、准确性差,使企业陷入 “不可能三角” —— 核算缺乏统一准则、数据依赖手工填报、物业与业主权责划分模糊 —— 的困局。
To address this common industry challenge, Onewo has innovatively proposed a dual-core driving model of "methodology × digital platform," and developed the "Link-X" Carbon Management Platform accordingly:At the standard level, it has for the first time clarified the boundary of carbon emission responsibilities between property management companies and owners, incorporated industry-specific services such as "four guarantees and one service" into Scope 3 supply chain accounting, filling the standard gap in carbon accounting for the property industry. At the technical level, relying on AI algorithms, the system achieves "real-time, automatic, and intelligent" management of carbon data — data is captured synchronously with business operations, statistical reports can be generated with one click without manual intervention, and data analysis can also provide decision support for emission reduction pathways. It truly simplifies and optimizes carbon management, achieving "significant returns" with "minimal investment."
为解决这一行业共性难题,万物云创新性地提出了 “方法论 × 数字化平台” 的双核驱动模式,并由此开发了 “灵石” 碳管理平台:在标准层面,首次明确物业与业主的碳排放权责边界,将 “四保一服” 等行业特色服务纳入范围三供应链核算,填补了物业行业碳核算的标准空白;在技术层面,该系统依托 AI 算法实现碳数据 “瞬息、自动、智能” 管理 —— 数据随业务操作同步抓取,无需人工干预即可一键生成统计报告,还能通过数据分析为减排路径提供决策支持,真正让碳管理变得简单、高效,以 “微投入” 实现 “大回报”。

Currently, the Link-X Carbon Management System has been fully applied across Onewo, integrating more than 10 segmented space service scenarios and over 8,000 projects spanning more than 30 provinces nationwide. Practical data shows that in 2024, the platform successfully helped Onewo accurately calculate its total annual carbon emissions and significantly improved management efficiency. It has accumulated savings of 48,000 working hours for frontline employees, equivalent to the workload of nearly 200 full-time employees, achieving the coordinated progress of cost reduction, efficiency improvement and green development.目前,“灵石” 碳管理系统已在万物云内部实现全面应用覆盖,接入 10 余个细分空间服务场景、8000 余个项目,遍布全国 30 多个省份。实践数据证明,该平台在 2024 年成功助力万物云精准核算全年碳排放总量,并显著提升管理效能,累计节约一线员工工时达 48,000 人 / 天,相当于近 200 名全职员工的工作量,实现了降本增效与绿色发展的协同共进。
According to Wang Weiwei, General Manager of Onewo's Sustainable Development Center, the Link-X Carbon Management System has obtained authoritative verification from China Certification Center in accordance with the ISO 14064-1 standard. Onewo has also collaborated with universities such as Tsinghua University and Renmin University of China to release the Report on Carbon Neutrality Transformation Strategies and Pathways for China's Property Industry, converting practical experience into an industry model.
