On November 18th, a reporter learned from Dadong District, Shenyang that local time on November 17th, at the press center of the 30th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30) held in Belém, Brazil, the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Avenue Center for Climate Action jointly held the launch event of the "2025 Beautiful China · Typical Cases of Green Space Users" (hereinafter referred to as the "Case Collection"). Forty cases were selected, including "Industrial Heritage Renovation Brings New Vitality" from Changan Community, Changan Sub-district, Dadong District.

11月18日，记者从沈阳市大东区获悉，当地时间11月17日，在巴西贝伦举行的《联合国气候变化框架公约》第三十次缔约方大会（COP30）新闻中心，生态环境部宣传教育中心与大道应对气候变化促进中心联合举办了《2025美丽中国·绿色空间使用者典型案例集》（以下简称《案例集》）发布会，大东区长安街道长安社区的《工业遗存改造焕发新生》等40个案例入选。

It is understood that the Case Collection is released globally in both Chinese and English, systematically showcasing the innovative practices of ordinary Chinese people in practicing green development in daily life, business, and public spaces, and providing a replicable Chinese solution for global ecological civilization construction and climate governance. The Case Collection compiles diverse green practice cases from grassroots China, covering areas such as community energy-saving renovation, promotion of green travel, ecological restoration of public spaces, and resource recycling in commercial venues. With the main line of "everyone participates, everyone benefits," it demonstrates how ordinary people can participate in ecological and environmental governance through daily actions, forming replicable and scalable green development models.

据了解，《案例集》以中英文双语形式面向全球发布，系统展现了中国普通民众在生活、商业与公共空间中践行绿色发展的创新实践，为全球生态文明建设与气候治理提供了可借鉴的中国方案。《案例集》收录了来自中国基层的多样化绿色实践案例，涵盖社区节能改造、绿色出行推广、公共空间生态修复、商业场所资源循环利用等领域，以“人人参与、人人受益”为主线，展现了普通民众如何通过日常行动参与生态环境治理，形成可复制、可推广的绿色发展模式。

Among them, the renovation case of Changan Community leverages Shenyang's industrial city heritage, transforming abandoned boiler rooms, old chimneys, and other industrial relics into multi-functional spaces such as community party-mass service centers and elderly care service stations in accordance with local conditions. This not only preserves the city's historical memory but also achieves low-carbon transformation through measures such as energy-saving renovation and ecological restoration of spaces. The renovated community has not only addressed the shortcomings of outdated facilities but also integrated the concept of green development into daily life.

其中，长安社区的改造案例依托沈阳工业城市底蕴，将废弃锅炉房、旧烟囱等工业遗存因地制宜改造为社区党群服务中心、养老服务站等多功能空间，既保留了城市历史记忆，又通过节能改造、空间生态修复等举措实现低碳转型。改造后的社区不仅解决了老旧设施短板问题，更让绿色发展理念融入日常生活。
