Yang Xiaowei, general manager of Energy Business Department of China Tower and Huo Qiqiao, general manager of Purchasing Department of SF Express Group signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, China Tower will provide power changing and charging services for more than 550,000 express and same-city delivery riders of SF Express based on the existing power changing network, and solve the problems of inconvenient, unsafe and inefficient charging of low-speed electric delivery vehicles for SF Express Group. Sf Express will open the tower power replacement business for 30,000 riders by the end of the year, and will directly purchase the frame of the low-speed electric vehicle in accordance with the 2.0 standard of the tower power replacement business, instead of purchasing the whole vehicle. At the same time, it will contact upstream enterprises to provide services such as battery changing, cabinet changing supply chain warehousing and logistics for China Tower.

In the future, the two sides will discuss the scope and depth of further expanding the cooperation in SF Express network standby power generation support, Internet of things, property resource sharing, UAV communication relay and other aspects.

新浪科技讯 9月17日上午消息，9月10日上午，中国铁塔与顺丰集团签署战略合作框架协议，双方将共同推动能源服务、产业链物流等方面的深度合作。中国铁塔副总经理刘国锋、顺丰集团副总裁潘葛出席签约仪式，中国铁塔能源经营部总经理杨晓伟与顺丰集团采购部总经理霍峭峭代表双方签署合作协议。

根据协议，中国铁塔将依托现有的换电网络为顺丰超过55万快递、同城配送骑手提供换电、充电服务，为顺丰集团解决低速电动配送车辆充电不方便、不安全、效率低的问题。顺丰集团将在年底前为3万骑手开通铁塔换电业务，将直接按照铁塔换电业务2.0标准集中采购低速电动车车架，不再采购整车。同时将联系上游企业，为中国铁塔提供换电电池、换电柜供应链仓储物流等服务。

后续双方将探讨在顺丰网点备发电保障、物联网、物业资源共享、无人机通信中继等方面进一步拓展合作的范围和深度。
