In order to actively respond to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other seven ministries and commissions "New Energy Vehicle Power Battery Recycling Management Interim Measures" "New Energy Vehicle Power Battery Recycling Pilot Implementation Plan" Arrangement and Deployment, on July 30th, Led by Sichuan Changhong Electronics Holding Group Co., Ltd. and China Tower Co., Ltd. Sichuan branch, Sichuan Province, Sichuan New Energy Vehicle Power Battery Recycling Industry Alliance was formally established. The alliance will work with industry to build, innovation, mutually beneficial and win-win as the goal, to focus on cohesive forces, and strive to develop new energy vehicle power battery recycling system, explore diversified business model, to promote our province power battery recycling scrap, large-scale, high valued use, promote the healthy development of new energy automobile industry in our province.

At present, the alliance has enlisted the support of 96 enterprises inside and outside the province engaged in the production of new energy vehicles, power battery production, operation and maintenance of new energy vehicles, recycling and dismantling, echelon utilization, recycling and utilization, and related scientific research colleges, government agencies, parks and other units.

为积极响应工业和信息化部等七部委《新能源汽车动力蓄电池回收利用管理暂行办法》《新能源汽车动力蓄电池回收利用试点实施方案》的安排部署，7月30日，由四川长虹电子控股集团有限公司和中国铁塔股份有限公司四川省分公司牵头筹建的四川省新能源汽车动力蓄电池回收利用产业联盟正式成立。该联盟将以产业共建、合作创新、互惠共赢为目标，重点要凝聚力量，着力开展新能源汽车动力蓄电池回收利用体系建设，探索多样化商业模式，推动我省废旧动力蓄电池资源化、规模化、高价值化利用，促进我省新能源汽车产业健康发展。
