IT House, December 12 - CATL said today that the EVOGO power switching service was officially launched recently in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. At present, there are four EVOGO interchange stations in Guiyang.

IT House has learned that CATL announced its entry into the power switching industry in January this year, releasing its power switching service brand EVOGO and integrated power switching solutions, and planning to launch the first batch of power switching services in 10 cities. CATL combined power change overall solution is composed of three products of "power change block, quick change station, App".

According to CATL, each standard station needs three parking Spaces, and a single block can be changed in about one minute, and 48 blocks can be stored in the station. In addition, the quick change station ensures that the user always has a fully charged block to replace, without a long wait. At the same time, the quick change station can also provide versions for different regional climate and environmental conditions.

Before that, CATL EVOGO was officially launched in Xiamen in April this year, which is the first city where the service has been launched. In June, CATL EVOGO power switching service was launched in Hefei, Anhui province.

IT之家了解到，宁德时代今年 1 月宣布进军换电产业，发布换电服务品牌 EVOGO 及组合换电整体解决方案，计划在 10 个城市首批启动换电服务。宁德时代组合换电整体解决方案由“换电块、快换站、App”三大产品共同构成。

据宁德时代介绍，每一个标准站需三个停车位，单个电块换电约 1 分钟，站内可存储 48 个换电块。此外，快换站可确保用户时时都有满电的电块可以更换，无需长时等待。同时，快换站还可提供适配不同地区气候环境条件的版本。
