According to the e-commerce platform of Netease (B2B.100EC.CN), specifically, Alibaba will serve the digital transformation of national electricity investment and the construction of digital base of three-network integration with digital capabilities, and innovate the development and utilization of rural new energy; At the same time, the State Power Investment will contribute to Alibaba's "carbon neutral" goal in terms of operational carbon reduction, value chain carbon reduction, and ecological carbon reduction.
