At present, the database covers four voltage levels ranging from 500 kV to 35 kV in Guangxi, with approximately 3000 main grid power plant nodes, covering various types of power sources such as thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, wind power, and photovoltaics. It can achieve dynamic carbon factor updates at the 15 minute level and at the city level, with full process verification, evaluation, and traceability capabilities, realizing the full chain tracking of carbon emissions from "source network load". According to database optimization calculations, the carbon footprint of a company's hot-rolled steel coil products has decreased from 2.58 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent to 2.12 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent, a decrease of 17.8%. This can reduce costs by approximately 106 yuan/ton, significantly enhancing the green trade compliance and market competitiveness of export enterprises, fully reflecting the economic transformation potential of the database. 据悉,该数据库是南网能源院联合广西电网公司等单位共同攻关的重要成果,实现了从发电侧到用电侧的全链条碳排放追踪,为碳排放精准核算、碳责任认定、绿电绿证核算以及产品碳足迹评价提供关键数据支撑。目前,该数据库已覆盖广西全域500千伏至35千伏共四个电压等级、约3000个主网厂站节点,涵盖火电、水电、核电、风电、光伏等各类电源,可实现15分钟级、地市级的动态碳因子更新,具备全流程校核、评价与溯源能力,实现“源—网—荷”全链条追踪碳排放。经数据库优化测算,某公司热轧钢卷的产品碳足迹从2.58吨二氧化碳当量下降至2.12吨二氧化碳当量,降幅达17.8%,可降低成本约106元/吨,显著提升出口企业绿色贸易合规能力和市场竞争力,充分体现了数据库的经济转化潜力。下一步,南网能源院与专委会将持续推动该数据库在电碳耦合领域的推广应用,并邀请更多相关单位加入专委会,共建开放协同的电碳生态圈,服务国家“双碳”目标。
