2026年7月8日由中国肉类协会主办的“安琪酵母-2026肉制品行业高质量发展会议”暨“升辉-肉类包装智造创新发展会议”在湖北宜昌正式启幕。

会议期间,政府相关部门领导、行业领域专家学者、全国各地肉制品生产企业及产业链上下游供应商超200名参会代表齐聚一堂,围绕肉制品产业提质升级、政策解读、消费赋能、肉类包装智能化发展等行业热点议题展开深入研讨,凝聚发展共识。

开幕式上,中国肉类协会会长、世界肉类组织副主席陈伟,安琪酵母股份有限公司总经理肖明华,中国工程院院士任发政分别致辞。陈伟指出未来肉类产品创新七大方向,协会将从多方面赋能企业转型升级;肖明华表示安琪依托酵母核心技术,推动肉制品向健康化、天然化、功能化升级;任发政强调肉制品是民生产业,需以低碳健康为标准推动产业绿色转型。

会上发布《肉类行业自律公约》,30余位专家作主旨报告,安琪工程师刘雪姣展示了其在肉制品行业的研究成果,本次大会是安琪连续第三年承办该盛会,安琪将继续以酵母科技赋能肉制品产业升级。



On July 8, 2026, the "Angel Yeast -2026 Meat Products Industry High Quality Development Conference" and "Shenghui - Meat Packaging Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Development Conference" hosted by the China Meat Association officially kicked off in Yichang, Hubei.

During the conference, more than 200 representatives from government departments, industry experts and scholars, meat product production enterprises from all over the country, and upstream and downstream suppliers of the industry chain gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions on industry hot topics such as improving the quality and upgrading of the meat product industry, policy interpretation, consumer empowerment, and intelligent development of meat packaging, and to consolidate development consensus.

At the opening ceremony, Chen Wei, President of the China Meat Association and Vice President of the World Meat Organization, Xiao Minghua, General Manager of Angel Yeast Co., Ltd., and Ren Fazheng, academician of the CAE Member, delivered speeches respectively. Chen Wei pointed out seven directions for future innovation in meat products, and the association will empower enterprises to transform and upgrade from multiple aspects; Xiao Minghua said Angel relies on the core technology of yeast to promote the upgrading of meat products to healthy, natural and functional; Ren Fazheng emphasized that meat products are a livelihood industry, and it is necessary to promote the green transformation of the industry based on low-carbon and healthy standards.

At the conference, the "Self discipline Convention for the Meat Industry" was released, and more than 30 experts gave keynote speeches. Angel engineer Liu Xuejiao showcased her research achievements in the meat product industry. This conference is the third consecutive year that Angel has hosted the event, and Angel will continue to empower the meat product industry with yeast technology for upgrading.
