ACM Technology: Multiple Innovations Breakthrough Bottlenecks. Recently, the Longi Green Energy ACM (Nanoalloy Matrix Contact) battery project officially went into mass production at the Xixian production base, becoming a key milestone in the large-scale implementation of Longi's new battery technology. ACM technology is an innovative grid line technology independently developed by LONGi, which is a major innovation in materials and processes. It uses patented nano alloy materials and a new matrix contact technology to achieve efficiency and reliability upgrades for battery and component products. Traditional components have internal solder strips that exceed 400 meters. The battery cells are connected in series through more than 15000 solder joints, each of which is a stress concentration point. Under long-term thermal expansion, contraction, and mechanical loads, it is easy to cause hidden cracks, desoldering, power attenuation, and even component failure. Welding tape - a connection method that has been in use for twenty years - is becoming a bottleneck that restricts the improvement of component reliability. The integrated conductive backplane technology released by LONGi this time innovatively eliminates traditional solder strips and replaces traditional "point contact" soldering with metal foil "full area surface contact", fundamentally reconstructing the circuit architecture of components. Compared with traditional solder strips, the current transmission cross-sectional area is increased by more than 85%, the stress of the battery cell is reduced by 60%, and the water vapor transmission rate is reduced by 90%. At the same time, due to the reflection effect of the metal foil, the long wave light passing through the silicon wafer is reflected back to the battery for secondary absorption, which can further increase the power of the single component by 3-5 watts. The combination of ACM and integrated conductive backplate technology has elevated the reliability of components to a whole new level. The stacking technology adopts a seamless arrangement of 0.4mm battery cell edges that are precisely overlapped, converting the original 2-3mm ineffective gap into an effective power generation area, and increasing the effective power generation area of the component by 2%.

LONGi One OS technology is a new generation of intelligent comprehensive energy management platform developed by LONGi for the integration of photovoltaic storage and charging scenarios, equipped with AI intelligent agents. It can access market-oriented electricity price data, integrate multi-dimensional parameters such as photovoltaic power generation prediction, load prediction, weather forecast, and user historical electricity load. AI outputs the optimal charging and discharging strategy every 15 minutes to maximize the return on energy storage assets.
