Recently, the "2026 Climate Lighthouse Conference," themed "Linking the Future, Co-Building a New Paradigm of Climate Lighthouse," was held in Shanghai. LONGi Green Energy won the "2026 Climate Lighthouse" Outstanding Case award for its project "Battery Manufacturing Heating Self-Balancing and Zero External Heat Procurement." Xie Tian, General Manager of the Strategic Management Center, was invited to attend the "Future Enterprise Leadership Forum" and share LONGi's practices and reflections on governance-driven climate transition.

近日，以"链动未来，共筑气候灯塔新范式"为主题的"2026气候灯塔大会"在上海举行。隆基绿能凭借"电池制造供暖自平衡与零外购热项目"获评"2026气候灯塔"优秀案例，战略管理中心总经理谢天受邀出席"未来企业领导力主题论坛"，分享隆基以治理驱动气候转型的实践与思考。

The "Climate Lighthouse" initiative was jointly launched by Rockwell and Shanghai Climate Week in 2024, focusing on climate-friendly transformation driven by smart manufacturing and digital technology. This year's conference was co-hosted with multiple ecosystem partners, and simultaneously released a series of new-paradigm results centered on the white paper "Climate Lighthouse Construction Guide." Since the initiative's launch, it has collected over 500 advanced use cases, selected nearly 100 outstanding cases covering more than 100 industrial sub-sectors. This year, a total of 42 outstanding cases received certificates, and LONGi's submitted project was among them.

"气候灯塔"行动由罗克韦尔与上海气候周于2024年联合发起，聚焦智能制造与数字技术驱动的气候友好转型。本届大会联合多家生态合作伙伴共同举办，同期发布以《气候灯塔建设指南》白皮书为重点的新范式系列成果。自行动启动以来，已累计收集500余个先进用例，遴选出近100例优秀案例，覆盖100多个工业细分门类，本年度共有42个优秀案例获颁证书，隆基绿能申报的项目位列其中。

LONGi's award-winning project focuses on the high heating-load demand in winter for battery manufacturing scenarios. Centering on key requirements such as constant temperature and humidity, clean environment, and continuous stable operation of production workshops, it systematically advances the restructuring of the heating model and optimization of heat energy utilization, building a heating self-balancing and zero-external-heat-procurement system for advanced manufacturing scenarios.

此次隆基获奖项目聚焦电池制造场景冬季高热负荷需求，围绕生产车间恒温恒湿、洁净环境和连续稳定运行等关键要求，系统推进供暖模式重构与热能利用优化，构建起面向先进制造场景的供暖自平衡与零外购热体系。

Through forward-looking overall design, deep integration of process waste-heat recovery, power-system coupling, and lean environmental control, the project connects the entire chain of heat-source organization, system coordination, and operation optimization, transforming winter production heating from external dependence to in-plant autonomous balance. The relevant technical path has been validated at LONGi's Weibei factory and replicated to the Gaoling and Tongchuan factories, providing a quantifiable and replicable low-carbon heating solution for manufacturing plants with high environmental-control requirements.

该项目通过前瞻性全局设计、深度整合工艺余热回收、动力系统耦合及精益环境控制，打通热源组织、系统协同与运行优化全链路，实现冬季生产供暖由外部依赖向厂内自主平衡转变。相关技术路径已在隆基渭北工厂落地验证，并复制至高陵、铜川工厂，为高环境控制要求制造工厂提供了可量化、可复制的低碳供暖解决方案。

Notably, this is not the first time LONGi has been recognized in the Climate Lighthouse selection. In 2025, LONGi's Jiaxing base won the "Shanghai Climate Week Climate Lighthouse 2025 Manufacturing Lighthouse Exemplar Award" as the global PV industry's first "Lighthouse + Zero-Carbon" dual-benchmark practice. This re-selection further demonstrates LONGi's sustained leadership in green transformation on the manufacturing side and the application of clean-energy technologies.

值得关注的是，这并非隆基首次在气候灯塔评选中获得认可。2025年，隆基嘉兴基地曾以全球光伏行业首个"灯塔+零碳"工厂双标杆实践，荣获"上海气候周气候灯塔2025年度制造灯塔典范奖"。本次再度入选，进一步体现了隆基在制造端绿色转型与清洁能源技术应用方面的持续引领能力。

In the roundtable discussion of Shanghai Climate Week's "Future Enterprise Leadership Forum: Leadership — Good Governance Transition and Collaboration," Xie Tian, General Manager of LONGi Green Energy's Strategic Management Center, proposed that LONGi regards climate action as the core strategy of the company's sustainable development, rather than a simple compliance requirement.

Xie Tian pointed out that the governance mechanism is the core pillar ensuring the implementation of climate transition goals. LONGi has established a climate-change governance structure with the board of directors at its core, setting up a Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee at the board level, incorporating climate issues into the standing agenda, and reviewing and approving the company's climate goals and transition plans annually.

谢天指出，治理机制是确保气候转型目标落地的核心支柱。隆基建立了以董事会为核心的气候变化治理架构，在董事会层面设立战略与可持续发展委员会，将气候议题纳入常设议程，每年定期审查与批准公司气候目标及转型计划。

At the practical level, Xie Tian shared LONGi's results in value-chain empowerment and just transition. LONGi's Jiaxing Lighthouse Factory achieved a 20% reduction in unit energy consumption through digital and intelligent upgrades, and exported its management methods and technical tools to small and medium-sized suppliers, helping supply-chain partners reduce carbon costs. At the same time, LONGi is transforming from a single component supplier to a scenario-based energy solution provider, building a deeply decarbonized green-energy ecosystem through a ternary cycle system of "Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV), PV + Storage, and PV + Hydrogen."

在实践层面，谢天分享了隆基价值链赋能与公正转型的成果。隆基嘉兴灯塔工厂通过数字化与智能化升级，实现单位能耗降低20%，并将管理方法与技术工具输出至中小供应商，助力供应链伙伴降低碳成本。与此同时，隆基正从单一组件供应商向场景化能源解决方案提供者转型，通过"光伏+建筑一体化（BIPV）、光伏+储能、光伏+氢能"三元循环体系，构建深度脱碳的绿色能源生态。

"Leadership is not about walking alone, but about co-building," said Xie Tian. LONGi adheres to both "going global" and "local empowerment" in its overseas expansion, providing local communities with skills training, power plant construction, and operation & maintenance capability support, allowing green energy to take root locally. He emphasized that strong governance, transparent disclosure, proactive standards participation, and empathetic community empowerment together form LONGi's resilience foundation in the global market. The leadership of future enterprises is no longer competition through single-point breakthroughs, but the capability of good-governance transition and deep collaboration. LONGi is willing to co-build a "transparent, collaborative, and win-win" zero-carbon ecosystem with global partners.
