Recently, JinkoSolar officially signed a supply agreement for 151MW high-efficiency components in Germany, all of which will use the Tiger Neo 3.0 N-type TOPCon high-efficiency double-sided components, specifically for the construction of large-scale ground power stations in Germany.

Germany has a temperate climate with limited sunshine hours throughout the year, with cloudy and diffuse light accounting for a prominent proportion of total radiation. Low radiation conditions persist throughout the four seasons. At the same time, ground power stations in Germany are mostly built on hilly and valley terrain, and the array layout follows the slope. The arrays frequently overlap with each other in the early morning and dusk periods, and fast-moving clouds can also cause local shading, which puts forward practical requirements for the sustained output capability of components under low light and shading conditions. Feihu 3 is supported by high power, high double-sided rate, and excellent weak light response, providing an adaptive solution that balances power generation and system economy for the project.

德国属温带气候,全年日照时数有限,多云与漫射光在总辐照中占比突出,低辐照工况贯穿四季。与此同时,德国地面电站多依丘陵与谷地地形而建,阵列排布随坡就势,清晨与黄昏时段的阵列互遮挡频繁叠加,快速移动的云层还会造成局部遮光,对组件在弱光与遮挡工况下的持续输出能力提出了切实要求。飞虎3以高功率、高双面率与优异的弱光响应为核心支撑,为项目提供兼顾发电量与系统经济性的适配方案。

670W超高功率,综合发电量更高



The production conversion efficiency of Feihu 3 reaches 24.8%, with a single board power of 670W. Under the conditions of refined utilization of land resources in Germany, the installed capacity of underground DC side can be increased by about 8% -10%, effectively diluting the BOS costs of brackets, cables, etc. The double-sided rate of the component reaches 85% ± 5%, which can sustainably contribute to the backside power generation gain on grasslands and light colored surfaces, further optimizing the land output efficiency per unit area.

Excellent weak light response, continuous and efficient power generation under low irradiation conditions

Germany has more cloudy and rainy weather throughout the year, with a high proportion of diffuse light and limited effective power generation window. Power plant revenue relies more on the sustained output capacity of components under weak light conditions. Feihu 3 can still maintain a relative power output of 95% -98% under low irradiation conditions of 200W/m ², effectively extending the daily power generation time. Under conditions of heavy cloud cover or insufficient morning and evening light, the components can still maintain stable power output, converting Germany's limited sunlight resources into considerable power generation revenue. In addition, by optimizing the battery layout and internal circuit design, the power retention ability of the Flying Tiger 3 has also been improved under occlusion conditions, which helps to reduce power generation losses caused by occlusion in complex terrain conditions.

LCOE can decrease by 6% compared to BC, with higher lifecycle returns

Feihu 3 achieves continuous optimization of cost per kilowatt hour (LCOE) with higher comprehensive power generation and lower system costs. According to calculations, its LCOE can be reduced by more than 6% compared to BC technology. The temperature coefficient of the component is -0.26%/℃, with a decay rate of less than 1% in the first year and a linear decay rate of only 0.35% year by year. Combined with a 30-year power warranty, it provides support for the certainty of project benefits throughout the entire lifecycle.



LCOE较BC可下降6%,全生命周期收益更高
