On December 11, the first forum of the second Poyang Lake International Bird-watching Week was held in Nanchang, with the theme of "Building a green Poyang Lake and boosting zero-carbon Yangtze River".

The Forum released the Green Paper on Yangtze River Ecological Protection and Restoration, established the Alxa SEE Yangtze River Conservation Alliance, and established the Zero Carbon Thousand Enterprises In the Yangtze River Action Network, aiming to further promote and strengthen the protection of the Ecological environment in the Yangtze River basin, and stimulate and promote the active participation of various parties in the protection and restoration of the Yangtze River. A green and low-carbon development pattern featuring policy guidance, science and technology support, industrial transformation, enterprise development and project implementation will be formed.

本届论坛发布了《长江生态保护与修复绿皮书》，成立了“阿拉善SEE长江大保护议题联盟”，建立了“零碳长江千企行动网络”，旨在进一步推动和加强长江流域生态环境保护，激发和推动多方积极参与长江保护和修复，形成“政策引领、科技支撑、产业转型、企业发展、项目落地”的绿色低碳发展格局。
