On December 29, the launching ceremony of China Resources New Energy Chaoyang 1000 MW Wind Power Project was held in the People's Hall of Jianping County.

Located in Jianping County, China Resources New Energy Chaoyang 1000 MW Wind Power Project is divided into four individual projects with a total investment of 7.18 billion yuan. It is planned to install 200 5.0 MW wind turbines, build four 220 kV booster stations, and synchronously support electrochemical energy storage facilities. It is planned to connect to the grid with full capacity by the end of 2024. It can provide more than 3.4 billion kilowatt-hours of clean energy power generation annually, and at the same time drive the development of upstream and downstream supporting industries of new energy equipment manufacturing, which will lay a solid foundation for Chaoyang City to build a clean energy supply area for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and inject strong impetus into accelerating the extension of Chaoyang clean energy industry chain.
