Policy Research Center for Environment and Economy, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China Completes Compilation of the Guidelines for the Evaluation of “Beautiful China Green Space Users”
Recently, the Policy Research Center for Environment and Economy, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy Research Center”) achieved a significant milestone in its research on the Guidelines for the Evaluation of “Beautiful China Green Space Users”. The compilation of the Guidelines for the Evaluation of “Beautiful China Green Space Users” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”) and the Application Guidance for Securities Research Reports Based on the Evaluation Guidelines for “Beautiful China Green Space Users” Actions (hereinafter referred to as the “Application Guidance”) has been successfully completed. This research initiative was jointly supported by representative industry enterprises, including Onewo Inc., along with other industry partners. 近日，生态环境部环境与经济政策研究中心（以下简称政研中心）组织开展的“美丽中国 绿色空间使用者”评价导则研究取得阶段性重要成果，《美丽中国 绿色空间使用者评价导则》（以下简称《导则》）及《美丽中国 绿色空间使用者行动评价导则证券研究报告应用指引》（以下简称《指引》）编制工作已顺利完成。此次绿色空间使用者评价导则研究，由万物云空间科技股份有限公司等行业代表性企业共同参与支持。
Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, this research represents an important exploration in implementing the National Action Promotion Plan for Building a Beautiful China (2026–2030). The Guidelines and the Application Guidance focus on behavioral guidance and quantitative evaluation of green space users, aiming to establish a scientific and practical assessment framework that provides evaluation criteria for the green and low-carbon performance of spatial stakeholders. 该项研究以习近平生态文明思想为根本遵循，是践行《美丽中国建设全民行动促进计划（2026—2030年）》的重要探索。《导则》和《指引》聚焦绿色空间使用者的行为引导与量化评价，着力构建科学、可操作的评估框架，为空间主体的绿色低碳表现提供评价依据。
Moving forward, efforts will focus on advancing the implementation and application of the Application Guidance. First, pilot applications will be explored among securities firms and other relevant enterprises to promote the practical adoption and validation of the Guidance in areas including corporate green and low-carbon performance assessment, annual report preparation, and the development of related securities research reports. Second, extensive professional feedback will be collected, with further discussions conducted on the necessity, revision directions, and implementation feasibility of the Guidelines and the Application Guidance, thereby enhancing their practical value and broader social impact. The Policy Research Center will continue to leverage its expertise as a leading think tank in ecological and environmental policy research, facilitate the application and transformation of research outcomes, and provide institutional innovation and policy support for advancing the development of a Beautiful China. 下一步，将重点推进《指引》的落地应用：一是在证券公司及其他相关企业开展探索，推动《指引》在企业绿色低碳表现评估、年度报告及相关研报编制中的实际应用与验证；二是将广泛听取专业意见，围绕《导则》和《指引》的必要性、修改方向及落地可行性开展深入研讨，进一步增强成果的实用价值和社会影响力。政研中心将继续发挥生态环境政策研究领域的智库优势，推动研究成果落地转化，为美丽中国建设提供制度创新成果和政策支撑。
